Returns + Refunds Policy
To be eligible for a return we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We absolutely accept returns on our human apparel/activewear if you are unhappy with it. However, please ensure the products are in unused condition. We will not accept returns on products with makeup marks. tan marks, etc. Please make sure that there will be no makeup or tan transfer when trying on the products! Where there are tags, tags must not be removed for returns.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
If you wish to return a product, you can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number specified in the subject line
Products for return have to be sent back to us within 30 days from date of purchase. By letting us know that you want to return your order and return the product to the address below (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Once we have received and inspected the package we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than:
A: 14 days after the day the product is received by Haus of Navy;
B: if earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product to Haus of Navy;
C: if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed us (via Step 1 above) about your decision to cancel your order.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).
